How can I pay?

After adding an article to your shopping cart, you can calculate the estimated shipping costs in the shopping cart view. To do this, country, state, ZIP code of the destination, the address, and the preferred shipping method will need to be entered.

If your destination isn't listed in the dropdown menu, please contact our Technical Support.

Once you have added all the desired articles to your shopping cart, confirm your purchase by clicking the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

In the subsequent checkout process, first select your billing and shipping addresses.

Then, choose one of the available shipping methods. For more information, see Shipping and Payment Methods.

Finally, select a payment method. Please note that different payment methods apply to different countries.

Please note: If no payment methods are offered, there may be an issue with your account. Please check your provided data.

It is also possible that the automatic verification of your VAT ID failed. You will find instructions here that can help you with the entry process.

Before submitting an order, please review the order summary carefully and confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You must also confirm that you are purchasing as a business entity within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) to complete the purchase.
